We use the P.I.C.N.I.C. tooling approach as a consultancy strategy. Among its various
action possibilities, the main one is to create opportunities to expand people’s
participation and responsibility in their communities, placing the child as a social
mobilizer to strengthen partnerships, social initiatives and investors through socio-
cultural events in nature. We believe that strengthening and involving communities in specific actions enhances the achievement of the results we seek, becoming a valuable support to create social transformation.

This approach is composed by the union of different experiences, concepts and methodologies, already existing and active in the social field. They are chosen as tools in our consultancy, to offer countless possibilities of strategic combinations and opportunities which are constantly adapted and co-created so that the challenge we propose to impact is feasible and achievable according to its reality.
